Peace can be in every step you take if your only mindful of the steps your taking. We all go looking for peace from the chaos in our lives when we can instantly create peace. When the last time you took a walk? No really, just to go nowhere. Take a walk for about 15 minutes. Pay attention to only your foot hitting the ground each time you step. Or your breathing.
