Be fearless!!
When we experience trauma or even events of confusion we build invisible walls around us that is supposed to protect us from our fears. But what really has happened is we are using fear as cement to hold our walls together. Fear is only a creation. In order to win against fear you have to acknowledge it's presence. Be still and silent the moment fear comes in your mind and breath in deeply and say I feel fear. Then breath out deeply, smile and say I smile to my fear. We have to be mindful of our minds to reach pure clarity.
